Double check GATT Services and Characteristic, ESP32 BLE will not appear if you are using incorrect GATT Services or UART Services.

The issues is not from Web Bluetooth API, it's related to WinOS. I have tested WEBBLE on Windows 10 ( some version works well, some some version got issue). Now, I found issue on Windows 11. Let try it on Android Chrome or Buefly iOS, it will work smoothly.

The iOS does not support Web Bluetooth API, so you have to install Buefly App to run WebBLE on your iPhone or iPad.
